About Us
We believe driving demand to the cash pay healthcare ecosystem is the solution the American healthcare system.
Our Mission
We believe healthcare in the U.S. is broken. Costs keep rising while Americans are getting sicker. The solution is to restore insurance to its original purpose: a financial safety net, not a costly middleman that drains dollars and adds red tape every time someone needs care.
In our experience, healthcare prevents our friends and family from living life to the fullest. High health insurance costs prevent a responsible spouse from striking out on their own, chronic unsolved health issues slowly suck the life out of someone who should otherwise be building something using their unique gifting, and the time and energy wasted on managing the healthcare system or dealing with bills sucks the life out of an already busy parent.
We believe that the bloated administrative healthcare complex is responsible for the meteoric rise in costs we have seen over the last decade. Changing the system could completely transform American life. It would unlock entrepreneurial freedom, finally solve chronic health issues, and shift the focus from just avoiding crisis to truly optimizing health.
We know it’s a massive space, but we believe the combination of high costs, AI models, and growing dissatisfaction with the existing system is creating a tipping point that will drive the change we are excited to be a part of.
Who We Are

Mike Bianco
I've been building software and launching companies since I was a teenager. I sold my last company to Stripe. I worked there for a couple years managing engineering teams, setting product direction, and building new products. I couldn't resist starting another company after seeing what's possible with AI and healthcare.
I've spent a lot of time and money with the traditional medical system trying to fix our family's health issues. I stumbled into the Direct Primary Care model and it's been a game changer for me and my family on many levels.

Jordan Lynch
I have spent my career working with employers and helping them find the tools and benefits to engage and retain their employees. After years in big tech, I left that path to focus on impacting health outcomes. I believe that when care is easy to access, high quality and built on true partnership, Americans can become healthier.
My family has experienced the impact of Direct Primary Care firsthand. When my wife's DPC physician took the time to dig into the root causes of her symptoms, she was diagnosed with celiac disease. That led us to test our four boys, and one was also diagnosed. Building a real relationship with a DPC physician gave us answers, and a path forward that we never found with the traditional, quick fix care.
