Direct to Consumer Matching

Our consumer landing page allows users to quickly find a Direct Primary Care physician that meets their unique needs, powered by the same technology behind our partner solutions.

If you are an employee or potential partner, this is a straightforward way to test the system with a single company or customer involved.

Cobranded Matching Experience

Our consumer experience can be cobranded and hosted on your domain.

This enables you to offer Direct Primary Care matching without:

  • Custom development time building against either our embedded or API products
  • Sending employees or partners to a completely separate website

This also enables us to generate usage reports and analytics, allowing you to understand and analyze usage across your employees or partner organizations.

Embeddable Components

A major challenge for Direct Primary Care—and emerging healthcare solutions more generally—is educating users on how they work and why behavioral change is needed.

We've invested a significant amount of time in developing educational materials (and are continually testing additional options!) that can be embedded directly within your plan or benefits selection process.

On your site, we offer an embedded iframe experience. This improves your benefits flow in two main ways:

  1. Educational. During the plan selection process, we inform your employees about DPC, its cost advantages, and the available local physicians.
  2. DPC Checkout. After plan selection, employees can select a DPC physician, schedule a call, and pay easily.

This is done without any API integration or custom code on your end. You can either embed our iframe directly, or we can manage building and managing the iframe directly for you using a JavaScript library that we provide.

Matching APIs

APIs are available for you to integrate our Direct Primary Care matching platform into your product. You control the user experience; we handle backend integration with thousands of practices and manage continual data updates.

Here's an overview of how our matching APIs work:

  • Identifying practices within a specific location
  • Matching a user against a physician who specializes in their particular needs
  • Submitting a user's information in order to complete the DPC checkout process

Employer APIs

If you are an employer, or a platform working with employers, we offer a set of APIs to help manage reporting on employee DPC usage.

  • Which employees have enrolled in DPC and what their monthly subscription cost is
  • Webhooks when a DPC enrollment is terminated
  • When available, DPC utilization metrics
